About Us

When conceiving Cdfitness, our vision surpassed the traditional notion of a mere gym. Drawing from our extensive experience in the fitness industry, we were driven to craft a revolutionary concept tailored to empower our members for optimal success. Central to this endeavor was our commitment to offering a diverse array of classes catering to both children and adults.

Moreover, we understood the paramount importance of fostering a culture of learning led by seasoned and accomplished coaches. Yet, above all, our primary objective was to cultivate an inclusive and inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of belonging within our vibrant community.

I have been working with Cody for the past two months and it’s been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. . He is knowledgeable, professional, motivating, and fun. He always designs personalized workouts that suit my goals, preferences, and abilities. Cody also gives me helpful advice on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. Hello, my name is Brenda and I started working out with CD Fitness in April of 2021. After struggling with nutrition and working out by myself I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I finally messaged Cody and he offered me a free class to try out. I went the following week and I never looked back. Cody and Kristy helped me with my nutrition and made me accountable for my workouts but definitely on what I ate. They helped me with my form which was bad by the way when I first started, and I have also grown muscle from proper nutrition, form and lifting HEAVY which I love to do. If I’m feeling discouraged or stuck they are always there to help me with any questions I have. What I love about cd fitness is they adapt to everyone’s needs and goals so that person can be the best version of themselves. Im happy and proud of all the progress I’ve made with cd fitness. With all the guidance and support cd fitness has to offer there is no limit on what your body can do. Anything is possible. Thank you for all the love,patience and confidence you’ve given me.

I started CDfitness in July doing just the meal plan & lost 30 pounds. In November of 2021, I started classes as well. In 8 months I’ve lost 65 pounds so far. Kristi’s group classes are so welcoming & such a highlight of the day with intense workouts while having fun with friends. She always makes sure to adjust workouts as needed until you work your way up to higher weights etc. I work with Cody on my nutrition & he does a great job with checking in & helping me break through plateaus. I’ve tried many programs, boot camps, & gyms & this is the first one that has worked & is something I look forward to every day!
