AT CD FITNESS
We split-the-difference between 1-on-1 personal training & larger group fitness classes, creating small training groups of up to 4 people at a time led by an expert coach. This allows us to provide as much necessary attention as personal training while making it more fun and affordable.

You’ll be surrounded with like-minded training partners who are there to support you, encourage you, challenge you and make you work harder than you ever would on your own. (But not so many that you’ll get lost in the shuffle).
Every training program at CD Fitness is designed to help you move better, get stronger, increase your work capacity and improve your body composition. These are the reasons most people train and we are remarkably diligent (some would say nerdy) in ensuring that our program delivers those results for all our clients – regardless of your current fitness level.

BETTER PERSONAL TRAINING.
We train in groups of up to four people at a time and every group has its own dedicated coach. All fitness levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to join. We proved the equipment, the programming the coaching and everything else you need to succeed. All you have to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
About Us
When we created CD Fitness, we knew we wanted to be more than just a simple gym. Having worked in traditional gyms in the past, we knew we needed to create a concept that would provide our members with the most effective tools for success. This meant we needed to offer a wide range of classes both for children and adults.
This also meant we needed to provide a learning environment run by experienced and successful coaches. However, our most important goal was to create a welcoming atmosphere and community in which everyone feels a sense of belonging.

The reason I chose being a trainer was to help others reach there goals in life and the best way to do that is through Hardwork, and being Consistent at something! I use to be overweight and changed all my goals to get to where I am so i know how hard Fitness can be to the daily person and I wanted to help guide people down great new path! so i have empathy towards other going down this road I been there, I have many different styles of training and nutrition set and ready so we can find something that works for you and your daily life! the goal is to build a family that will help everyone grow and not just a place to train!

I Fell in love with training the day I started sports and I have stayed active my whole life! As I was getting older I knew how important it is to stay active so I never stopped and become even more active. I wanted to learn more and when I met Cody he helped me learn and become better so I wanted to help other that same way and share a healthy lifestyle with others in hopes to inspire someone!
